Does your insurance policy replace the damaged portion of your confinement buildings without deducting for depreciation when a loss occurs?  If not, then you are subject to an unexpected financial loss at the worst possible time.  Our program provides replacement coverage on buildings at no additional charge.  Just be sure you are insured for at least 80% of what it would cost to replace the building. 

The second product, the Limited Pollution Liability Endorsement, redefines that animal waste is not considered a pollutant for general liability.  Coverage of up to $1,000,000 is available.  This endorsement will protect you in the event there is a manure spill or a nuisance claim against you regarding your operation. 

The third product is the Care, Custody, & Control Endorsement.  This endorsement is a named peril deletion of the Care, Custody, & Control Exclusion, which includes suffocation and asphyxiation.  It provides defense coverage in the event of a lawsuit claiming negligence which results in the death or destruction of livestock in your Care, Custody, or Control.  This product is designed specifically for contract growers and is often times an oversight in policies and creates a significant gap in coverage.
